Brand Identity

As M2 was at a stage of gradual establishment in the real estate market, there was a need to clearly define its brand positioning and proposition to empower brand growth according to a well-thought-out strategy that would be expressed in the new company logo, visuals and website. Following a close examination of the marketplace, the competition, prevailing trends and in-depth interviews with the M2 management team, collaborators and existing and prospect clients, a targeted marketing and communication strategy was developed. A new well-defined brand positioning was established based on brand values and USPs that were relevant to prevailing client insights, while completely differentiating the brand from its core key competitors. The visual identity was inspired by the positioning statement ‘Your home. Your rules.’ with the idea of a ‘living logo’: a logotype that was designed to accomodate different types of images: materials, colours and elements that can be chosen for a home, reflecting the promise of respect to individuality. The new identity was then expressed in M2’s new website which we designed mirroring M2’s essence, positioning and reason for being.
